New York first day of business was December 7^th 2012.  The owner managed only for one year and change of hands took place when Rachid Ayadi bought the business on December 8^th 2013 and put his own experience in restaurant business to work.  The business had opportunities which was the  focus of the new management team.  the speed of service, communication, and cleaning the facility were on the top of the list. The management team is always open to any external or internal feedback that would improve the state of running the  business.
